The wrap-around safety prevents accidental spraying and offers a straightforward release for quick use. Effects:
The Heat inserts contain 10% Oleoresin Capsicum (OC), a non-lethal, self defense spray. OC spray causes severe pain when in contact with the skin. Temporary vision impairment occurs when in contact with the eyes along with intense burning causing them to swell shut. Upon contact with the nose, throat and lungs, OC will cause coughing, choking and in some cases nausea. The effects last about 30-45 minutes.
